Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
